The Zoning Hearing Board is comprised of three Township residents and an alternate, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, who each serve a staggered three-year term. Their duties are to hear requests for variances or special exceptions as described in the zoning ordinance. The Board may grant relief from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance based on compliance with established hardship guidelines, State Law and relevant case law. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month, when business is scheduled.
