Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the New Sewickley Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 7:00 P.M., in the Municipal Building, 233 Miller Road, Rochester, PA
The Board will hear and act upon a request of Steve and Nina Hronas, 1144 Route 68, New Brighton, PA 15066, for a variance to the setback requirements subject to Township Zoning Ordinance 214, Article 11, Section 1106, Subsection S(D), in the Residential Agricultural District.
The Township Board of Supervisors of New Sewickley Township will conduct a public hearing to take comment on the proposed Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance prepared in concert with the Township staff, Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. Said ordinance has been reviewed by Beaver County Planning Commission and is available for review at the Township office during normal working hours. Said hearing will be held on December 1, 2020at the Township municipal building 233 Miller Road, Rochester, PA 15074, beginning at 6:00. The proposed ordinance has been revised to address subdivision plan application requirements including amendment of requirements for subdivisions of large lots (in excess of 100 acres) when subdividing a smaller tract therefrom and various amendments requested by Planning Commission regarding features of a complete subdivision plan application.
